Caterpillar plant to Georgia?

Caterpillar is likely locating a major manufacturing facility near Athens, Georgia.  One of the important reasons cited are the logistics costs (likely mainly outbound, but also inbound) for serving both its domestic and international customers.  Look for more heavy machinery exports from the Savannah port.
